Project Focus: The Art of The Performer
Master Class Program February - June 2010

Arsenale della Danza invites contemporary dancers into an intense physical learn-by-doing process of research and exchange. Four months (without interruption) in Venice of daily classes with master teachers will coach the participants in transferring ideas, images and visions
into the art of the performer. Besides working in studio, the dancers are involved in on-stage activities and a final performance is presented during the 7th International Festival of Contemporary Dance in Venice. The project is open to candidates with solid dance education and skilled previous dance experience wishing to upgrade in the field of professional contemporary dance. No tuition fee is required.
