General Business Terms and Conditions for the ImPulsTanz Club Card

The ImPulsTanz Club Card (Club Card) is a customer card issued by the ImPulsTanz Association. By his or her Club Card, the customer shall be allowed to make use of the stated advantages. The Club Card may be purchased in advance or at the day ticket offices as well as via the Internet page of ImPulsTanz. For information about the advantages connected with the respective Club Card and valid at the time being, reference is made to the website of ImPulsTanz, www.impulstanz.com <http://www.impulstanz.com/> in the Internet. ImPulsTanz shall be entitled to change such advantages at any time. A purchase of the respective Club Card via the Internet of by phone shall exclusively be possible against payment by credit car. The advantages of the respective Club Card shall become effective as soon as the payment by credit card of the customer has been confirmed by the respective credit card company.

When ordering the respective Club Card by personal submission of the registration form and payment with the advance booking offices, the customer shall receive a member number by means of which all advantages connected with the respective Club Card may immediately be used. Said member number also serves to make bookings in the Internet in future.

The use of the respective preliminary Club Card in the Internet shall be possible without any delay always provided that an email-address has been disclosed. As the member number may be communicated via the indicated email-address the customer is kindly asked to indicate a correct member number. The liability with respect to any problems resulting from the indication of an incorrect member number or a failure to make a correction in due time shall be borne by the customer.

The respective final Club Card shall be sent to the customer by mail within approx. one month after it has been ordered. For safety reasons, an identity check by means of a photo ID shall be required when the registration form is handed over at one of the day box offices or at the time when tickets bought by means of the Club Card are picked up for the first time respectively. Upon purchase of the respective Club Card, the customer shall be deemed to have agreed to the General Business Terms and Conditions. Assignments or transfers of the Card shall not be admissible. In order to prevent the Club Card’s misuse customers shall bring the respective Club Card with them to each booked event as well as to each booked workshop and, upon request, submit it together with a photo ID.

In the event of a loss or theft of the Card the customer shall be obliged to give ImPulsTanz notice within 24 hours; otherwise the customer shall be made responsible for a misuse, if any. As from the second notice about a theft or loss, ImPulsTanz shall be allowed to charge an amount of EUR 20.-- for the processing of the notice and the issue of a new Card. The contractual relationship arising from the Club Card may be terminated by either Party at any time without stating any reasons. Upon termination of the contractual relationship, the customer shall not be entitled to a refund of the membership fee or any parts thereof. Upon termination of the contractual relationship, the customer’s right to use the advantages of the respective Club Card shall automatically cease to exist. Memberships shall be valid for a term of one calendar year and may be prolonged against payment of the membership fee applicable for the calendar year that follows. Prior to the expiry of the validity of his or her membership, the customer shall be informed in due time about the possibility to have the membership renewed. A renewal shall become effective on the date of the payment of the membership fee applicable for the following calendar year and shall terminate after its expiry. Vienna shall be the place of jurisdiction. The applicable law shall be the substantive law of Austria.

Club Cards for students can only be purchased at the day box or advance booking offices. For this purpose, a valid student card shall be submitted. Student discounts shall only be granted for the “Performance Card”, the “Workshop Card” and the “Festival Card”. Students shall be granted a discount in the amount of EUR 10.--. If you become a Club member by booking online on www.impulstanz.com/club via credit card, please note that the full price will be charged to your credit card. The discount of € 10 will be refunded to the same credit card on presenting your valid student ID and your Club Card at one of our box offices.
The consent with respect to future discounts may be cancelled by ImPulsTanz at any time without stating any reasons.
The advantages of the respective Club Card can exclusively be purchased at the day box offices, the advance booking offices and in the Internet. The advantages can only be claimed if they are actually available. At evening box offices, Club Card advantages cannot be claimed. The customer shall be given written notice of any modifications or amendments of the General Business Terms and Con- ditions. Such modifications or amendments shall be deemed to have been agreed to and shall become effective unless the customer sends written objections to ImPulsTanz within one month after the receipt of such notice.
