For many years Christiane Dertnig has been dancing herself, later on she was working in the organisation for artists including Bob Curtis, Circus Roncalli and André Heller. She also ran the legendary Viennese bar "Vanilla” some decades ago. In Hawaii she received her accreditation as a certified Feldenkrais teacher. For more than 10 years she has been teaching regularly groups in „awareness through movmement“ in Austria and Greece.
