Rosalia Chladek (1905-1995) (AT)
Rosalia Chladek was an acclaimed protagonist of expressive dance and the only European dance expressionist who knew how to pass on her oeuvre to several generations that were to follow. The distinguished Viennese woman’s body of work encompasses 70 solos and around 100 group choreographies. Rosalia Chladek was born in Brno, Czech Republic, and passed away in Vienna, Austria, in 1995.
