The versatile Brazilian Gustavo Miranda has been performing for several directors and choreographers mainly in Belgium such as Frèderic Flamand in “Man Walking at Ordinary Speed” and “Future of Work” and for Hans van den Broeck/Les Ballets C. de la B. in “Lac deS singes”.

His studies reach from semiotics and social sciences, ballet, contemporary dance techniques and theatre to musical theory and Alexander technique. He has been singing jazz, brazilian, portuguese folk music and world music in several vocal groups in Rio de Janeiro and Lisbon.

He researches and teaches dance between Capoeira and contemporary dance practices in Gent and Brussels a.o.
