Bakaari Wilder has studied the art of tap dancing from masters such as Gregory Hines, Savion Glover, Jimmy Slyde and Brenda Buffalino and has further on participated in several of their shows. He starred in the Broadway production "Bring in 'da Noise, Bring in 'da Funk" and danced in Spike Lee‘s "Bamboozled". He received a "Bessie", New York's Dance and Performance Award.
