Lisa Nicks began her carreer performing Renaissance and Baroque dances and acrobatic stunts for four seasons at the Texas Renaissance Festival. Those big bucks helped her earn a degree in dance with a minor in business from Sam Houston State University. That winning combination paid off a number of years later, where as a founding member of the Doug Elkins Dance Company, she not only dances in the company, but has handled also the financial direction.
