Ramón Baeza first studied ballet and theatre after graduating in Contemporary Dance at Instituto del Teatro de Barcelona. He worked with Carolyn Carlson, Michael Clark, Lindsay Kemp and Javier de Frutos among others.


Together with Montse Sanchez he founded Increpción in 1993 out of the willingness to unite the traditional Spanish and flamenco dance techniques with the aesthetic parameters of contemporary dance. Their award-winning choreography „Wad Ras“ (1996) has been touring successfully all over Europe.
