Dwight Rhoden and Desmond Richardson were both long time soloists with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. Together they founded their own project "Complexions -A Concept in Dance" in 1994. Dwight Rhoden was choreographer of more than 50 pieces within the last decade, such as Joffrey Ballet, Zenon Dance Company and the Paris Opera ballet.
