Dwight Rhoden and Desmond Richardson were both long time soloists with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. Together they founded their own project "Complexions -A Concept in Dance" in 1994. Dwight Rhoden was choreographer of more than 50 pieces within the last decade, such as Joffrey Ballet, Zenon Dance Company and the Paris Opera ballet. Desmond Richardson was also member of the Ballet Frankfurt.
