Jolika Sudermann works as a freelance stage director and performer of contemporary physical theatre. Following an education as community performance teacher at Norddeutsches Tanztheaters e.V, she studied physical theatre (MIME) from 2006 to 2010 at Amsterdam Academy of Arts.

In her pieces, she researches human movement and behavior patterns searching for archaic attributes, which all people have in common. Her directors' project PULSE, a bodily approach to the most simple and oldest rhythm, was presented in Amsterdam and Sarajewo.

Jolika Sudermann works at dance and theatre projects for teenagers and people with migration background.
