Carol McDowell is a choreographer, performance artist and Lighting designer. Her lighting collaborations include works with Yoshiko Chuma, Karen Finley, Pooh Kaye, Nina Martin and Mary Overlie. In 1985, McDowell received a "Bessie" New York Dance and Performance Award for her "architecture of light" in John Bernd`s "Be Good To Me"
